Arcadis is seeking an experienced BI Developer to translate stakeholder requirements into precise reports, dashboards, and visualizations. You will work with SQL and Power BI, with MS Fabric knowledge preferred, to enable strategic and operational decisions.

Collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams will be key to success. The role requires a hands-on approach to data quality, validation, and the delivery of clear, actionable insights across the business.

Formación

• 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with SQL is essential.
• Experience with Power BI is required.
• MS Fabric reporting platform is ideal.
• BMC Helix reporting platform is ideal.
• Excellent analytical and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT service management experience or understanding is useful and beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as a coordinator for Laptop and Networking Devices Purchases, Inventory and Deployment.
• Coordinate procurement, invoicing, and vendor data with Finance and Commercial stakeholders; verify data sources and reconcile discrepancies.
• Responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with GTSO Service Owners, Finance and Procurement teams.
• Coordinate monthly GTSO cost, consumption, and variance reporting; ensure data accuracy, validation, and traceability across financial and operational sources.
• Report and Dashboard Creation: Understanding requirements and translating these into the reports needed by different stakeholders.
• Reporting Management: Ensure that workload is progressed efficiently and as directed. Ensure all reporting is documented to ensure full understanding and transparency over published dashboard and reports.
• Other Ad Hoc Tasks: Work with the management team to identify areas of continual improvement in the Operational Support & Performance Management reporting area.

Role description: An experienced BI Developer used to work with multiple stakeholders to understand, analyze, and translate their requirements into accurate information reports, dashboards, and visualizations, enabling users to make strategic and operational decisions and improvements. You will have experience of various reporting platforms, SQL and Power BI are a must, MS Fabric knowledge preferable

Role accountabilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with Power BI is required
• Experience with MS Fabric reporting platform is ideal
• Experience with BMC Helix reporting platform is ideal
• Excellent analytical and organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Any IT Service Management experience would be useful, and essential, such as:
• IT service and support management
• Relevant service desk systems and tools
• Understanding with SLAs and KPIs
• Nice to Haves:
• Able to create Pipelines to automate and orchestrate complex multi-step workflows and control flow
• Dataflows Gen2: Perform user-friendly, visual data preparation and transformation
• Notebooks: Apply advanced custome logic, complex algorithms, or machine learning
