What role will you play?

Application Support – BI / SAP BW Analyst

Overview

The role provides support for SAP BW systems and Global BI toolsets (Azure Data Factory, Power BI), working closely with the Global BI team and SAP analysts to ensure reliable BI operations and testing.

• Day-to-day development and administration of SAP BW systems; end-user support for BW BEx reports and data tracing
• Development and modification of BW landscape objects and SAP BEx Queries/Workbooks
• Monitor load processes; perform manual data loads as needed; coordinate changes with testing scenarios
• Document BW objects and maintain change management records

General BI Support

• Route support tickets, monitor Data Factory orchestrations, and assist with Power BI worksets
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhere to GIS security policies and procedures
• Assist in defining technical requirements and SAP upgrade activities

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years SAP BW development; 2 years BW admin
• BW data modeling experience; ABAP knowledge; Power BI experience
• Experience with SAP BI tools and SAP upgrades
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills
