Job summary

Alternergy Holdings Corporation seeks an Investor Relations Officer to manage relations with the investing community and coordinate disclosures and capital-raising materials. The role supports the CEO and CFO in communicating corporate strategy and results to investors.

Responsibilities include preparing investor materials, leading site visits to renewable projects, and ensuring timely regulatory disclosures. A background in finance and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder relevant to the job, preferably Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in Relationship Management or Accounts Management in a financial institution.
• Strong client relationship and account management skills.
• Extensive knowledge and experience working in Financial and Stock Market.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong data, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Investor Relationship Management: improves relationships with investing community through meetings and correspondence with fund managers, analysts, rating agencies, and media.
• Company Materials Preparation for Investor Public: prepares corporate kits, fact sheets, Q&A sheets, and presentations for meetings and awards.
• Support Compliance, Capital Raising and Other Responsibilities: assists with regulatory disclosures and materials for capital raising; maintains IR web page and competitive data.
