KNWN Local is hiring a YouTube Scriptwriter/Editor to turn raw footage into engaging videos that build trust and drive sales for our mortgage, finance, and real estate clients. You will work with a high-performing team and maintain rapid turnarounds.

The role starts with a 60-day paid trial, after which you ramp to 2–3 videos per week, with steady 72-hour turnaround times. Remote work is fully supported, and collaboration is done with a tight-knit group of editors and senior writers.

Qualifications

• Experience editing YouTube videos to generate leads and sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team with tight turnarounds.
• Strong communication and collaboration with editors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver 2+ videos per week during 60-day trial, ramping to 3+ per week after onboarding, with 72-hour turnarounds.
• QC your edits against an internal checklist before submission.
• Communicate daily with the team via Slack/Zoom.
• Keep project files organized so teammates can locate assets.
• Share editing resources with the team and provide proactive solutions.
