Teleperformance in Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga is seeking a Workforce Analyst to join our team in a full-time role with the flexibility to work from home. You will optimize workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation through data-driven insights.

The role involves analyzing trends, building forecasting models, monitoring KPIs, and presenting actionable recommendations to senior management, while collaborating with HR, operations and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Workforce Analyst, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of workforce management systems, scheduling software, and HRIS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated experience in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO), contact center, or telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain workforce planning models, forecasts, and reports that support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Monitor and track KPIs related to staffing levels, productivity, utilization rates, and service delivery.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports and presentations for senior management, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and finance to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify staffing shortages, skill mismatches, and training requirements.
• Support capacity planning by forecasting future workforce needs based on growth and market demands.
• Utilize BI tools and workforce management systems to extract, analyze, and visualize data.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance workforce efficiency and reduce costs.
