Qualifications

• Experience in transcription is preferred.
• Familiarity with Vietnamese spelling conventions.
• Ability to follow project guidelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio recordings and transcribe spoken content accurately.
• Capture pauses, fillers, repetitions and incomplete sentences as spoken.
• Add timestamps to align transcripts with audio.
• Identify and label speakers in discussions or conversations.
• Mark non-speech events such as laughter or background noise.
• Review samples and apply transcription rules consistently.
