Job summary

Neato is seeking a sharp, detail-obsessed post-production operator to support our in-house creative team in the Philippines. You will own the logging, assembly, proxies, asset sourcing, and revision queue to keep the pipeline moving.

You'll work PST hours 9–5, collaborating with Video Editor and Producer, ensuring deadlines, and maintaining clean file organization while focusing on output quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of video editing experience, preferably in eCommerce or advertising.
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite — Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and beyond.
• Strong grasp of editing principles, technique, and theory.
• Fluent in English (US) with clear written and verbal communication.
• Available PST 9 AM–5 PM for real-time collaboration with the in-house team.
• An online portfolio is required to apply. Include a link with your application.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, log, and assemble footage into the editing workflow.
• Prepare proxy files to keep the edit pipeline fast.
• Find and pull music, sound effects, and VFX references.
• Own post-production file organization and naming conventions.
• Address revision requests and coordinate with editors on escalations.
• Coordinate with Studio Director and team for proactive updates.
