Job summary

NeoWork is seeking a skilled Video Editor to join its growing creative team. You will edit, enhance, and produce high-quality video content for a variety of initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires at least 2 years in video editing, proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder, and a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and color grading.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics skills.
• Experience with multiple video formats, resolutions, and export settings.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for internal projects and digital platforms.
• Enhance footage with color correction, audio, transitions, motion graphics, and VFX.
• Ensure video content aligns with brand standards and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and team members through production.
• Organize video assets and project files for efficient workflow.
• Perform quality checks on all deliverables before publication.
• Adapt content for multiple formats/platforms while maintaining consistency.
• Stay updated on video production trends and best practices.
