Formación

• BSN required with active US state license.
• Clinical or hospital experience.
• Excellent English communication with patients and doctors.
• Eligible to work in the Philippines.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Experience with EMR is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote clinical support to US healthcare teams.
• Review patient records and document information accurately.
• Coordinate care plans, referrals, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Communicate patient updates clearly to providers and care coordinators.
• Follow HIPAA and established clinical quality standards.
