Xillium Professional Services is seeking a US healthcare–focused Virtual Medical Assistant in the Philippines, providing remote clinical support to US care teams. You will document clinical data, coordinate care plans, and ensure timely follow-up with patients.

The role requires a BSN with a valid US RN license (CA or TX), strong English communication, and the ability to work night shifts from the Philippines. EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have BSN and valid US RN license (CA or TX).
• Experience communicating with patients and doctors in English.
• Eligible to work in the Philippines and night shift capable.
• Experience with EMR platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a Virtual Medical Assistant providing remote clinical support to US healthcare teams.
• Review patient records and accurately document clinical information.
• Coordinate care plans, referrals, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate patient updates clearly to providers and care coordinators.
• Follow HIPAA requirements and established clinical quality standards.
