MyEdSpace is hiring a Sales Team Leader to guide a team of 8–10 Sales Specialists focused on the US market. This hands-on leadership role combines coaching with personal sales accountability, driving revenue growth and process improvements in a 100% remote setup.

You’ll conduct daily huddles, 1–1 coaching, onboarding, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize efficiency and conversion while sustaining a high-performance culture across a global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2C sales experience, with leadership background.
• Strong coaching, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience selling to US customers is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 8–10 Sales Specialists.
• Drive monthly sales targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Onboard, train, and mentor new team members.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline management.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
