The role involves leading automation projects, managing RPA tasks and bots, and ensuring quality and compliance with security controls while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using UiPath RPA automation development tools.
• Experience working with customer support/client issue resolution management.
• Solid understanding of workflow design principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects and develop automation solutions using UiPath.
• Automate business requirements using RPA by creating tasks, schedules and managing RPA bots.
• Design solutions and maintain deliverables to adhere to SLAs.
• Collaborate with business managers and process owners on automations.
• Build framework for RPA development team structure and policy documents.
