Qualifications

• Experience managing 15+ large US customers.
• 2+ years at a major bank, BPO or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of banking, treasury or cash management.
• Comfortable leading meetings with senior finance leaders.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Work from home setup ready.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of US-based customers.
• Lead regular customer meetings and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build relationships with Treasury Managers, Controllers, VPs of Finance and CFOs.
• Understand customers' treasury, banking, cash management, and financial processes.
