Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with Infor tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer engagement: assist with escalations and customer/partner challenges
• Escalations and risk management: support and improve escalation processes to reduce risk
• Process design and improvement: design and implement detailed processes for business needs
• Enablement and facilitation: guide teams through structured processes and roles
• Infor expertise: apply knowledge of Infor processes and products to optimize delivery success
• Partnership building: establish and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Performance tracking: create and maintain processes to monitor delivery performance
• Documentation and reporting: provide protocols for documentation and cyclical reports for management
• Continuous improvement: push for ongoing process improvements
