Job summary

Pearson Qualifications is seeking a confident, detail-focused professional to join the Test Inspection team. You will coordinate physical and virtual inspections, run inspection calls, and produce post-inspection reports while supporting the team manager. The role covers UK and international inspections and is remote with monthly meetings in Manila.

The team ensures regulatory compliance, maintains quality and integrity of qualifications, and places candidates at the heart of every decision.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, 5 GCSEs at A-C, including Mathematics and English, or equivalent.
Experience in handling data within spreadsheets.
Very good communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong integrity and high value towards business ethics.

Responsibilities

Planning and facilitating physical and remote inspections, including setting up online meetings and providing support to centres.
Completing inspection reports and providing them to the business within agreed deadlines.
Coordinating with centres prior to their inspection.
Maintaining data within large spreadsheets.
Communicating effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
Undertaking additional activities to ensure effective execution of Pearson processing targets.
