Zusammenfassung

MedGrocer is seeking a Teleconsult Doctor to deliver high-quality medical care across the Philippines using our digital platform for teleconsultations, chronic disease management, and e-prescriptions. You will maintain EMR records and ensure seamless patient experiences.

The position is remote with 2–3 days of onsite training in Makati. Shifts require a minimum of 8 hours per week, with blocks of at least 4 hours.

Qualifikationen

• Registered physician with an updated PRC license.
• Open to both new board passers and experienced physicians.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using digital health platforms.
• Must have a laptop/desktop (Windows 11 or later, or MacOS Ventura Version 13 or later).
• Accredited Philhealth Physicians will be prioritized. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive teleconsultations for non-emergency health concerns via the hotline.
• Manage and monitor patients with chronic diseases through remote consultations.
• Assess conditions and redirect to primary care networks or specialists when in-person evaluation is needed.
• Issue e-prescriptions, lab requests, and other medical documents via the platform.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
