Job summary

managed.com is seeking a Consultant, Technical Product Management to own integration business cases, roadmaps, and delivery across a portfolio of commerce integrations with strategic vendors. You will prototype with APIs, leverage AI-assisted workflows, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and customers in a remote-first setup.

You will read API specifications, define user journeys, write requirements, and measure ROI and adoption.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in technical product management or related fields.
• Programming background with Python/Go/SQL
• Hands-on REST API experience and prototyping
• Experience creating product requirements and customer journeys
• Regular use of AI assistants or agentic workflows for research
• Strong business-case development and ROI analysis skills
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence for Agile delivery
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Build the business case and ROI analysis for integration candidates.
• Own and maintain the integration roadmap with vendor/API changes and customer needs.
• Lead integrations across the full product lifecycle from prototyping to production launch.
• Define consistent customer journeys and integration design standards.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Prototype integrations using API docs and AI assistants.
• Read API payloads and map to lifecycles; build working prototypes.
• Measure adoption and ROI; iterate improvements.
• Build relationships with customers and vendor contacts; support launches.
• Collaborate across engineering, solution architecture, product management, and sales.
• Plan, prioritize, and track delivery using Agile practices.
