Job summary

You will collaborate across engineering, product, design, and data teams to deliver reliable solutions. Experience with AI model integrations is a plus, and a strong emphasis on code quality and testing is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience, preferably in backend or full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, debugging, and code quality.
• Experience contributing to system design or making technical decisions in real-world projects.
• Ability to own features or systems end-to-end, from design to deployment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance technical quality with business priorities and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend and frontend software components.
• Build and manage APIs and integrations between applications, services, and AI models.
• Ensure software quality, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write unit and integration tests and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Contribute to architecture, system design, and technical decision-making.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and help guide fellow developers.
• Identify technical risks, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to agile development practices and deliver features within agreed timelines.
