Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Tax Research and Resolution Specialist IV to handle resolution of jurisdiction correspondences from federal, state, and local agencies. The role includes preparing tax filings and managing records, with remote work options across the Philippines.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of tax/payroll/accounting experience, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. You will support filing activities, respond to inquiries, and maintain up-to-date knowledge

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent with 1–3 years of tax/payroll/accounting experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow procedures and regulations.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills with urgency.
Teamwork and ability to work independently; able to meet turnaround times.

Responsibilities

Resolve and process tax jurisdiction correspondences and amendments from federal, state, and local agencies.
Analyze and research issues causing out-of-compliance notices and respond to resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and file original or amended federal, state, and local tax returns.
Handle inquiries from tax authorities with high level of customer service.
Maintain contact with taxing agencies to obtain information for tax filings.
