Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is building a tax practice from the ground up and invites you to join early as a Tax Associate. You will prepare the first pass of individual and business returns using our AI-assisted workflow and tax software, assembling workpapers for the reviewer.

You will track down missing documents, flag uncertainties, and keep the workflow and portals up to date. This role grows into more advanced tax work as you learn from senior reviewers.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of U.S. tax preparation experience with 1040/1120S/1065 forms.
• Experience with additional returns: trust returns, Schedule F, K-1s, foreign income, multi-state.
• You want to build a career in tax and grow with a small team.
• Detail-oriented and organized; asks questions when something isn’t right.
• Comfortable working remotely across tax software, client portals, and secure file sharing.

Aufgaben

• Prepare the first pass of individual and business returns using AI-assisted workflow including 1040, 1120S, 1065.
• Build accurate, well-organized workpapers for reviewer.
• Track down missing documents to keep returns moving.
• Flag unusual or unclear items to the review team.
• Keep systems current so the team can see each return’s status.
• Suggest workflow and tooling improvements.
