DOXA in the Philippines seeks a proactive Tax Administrator to coordinate client intake, tax-season documentation, and engagement workflows without performing tax prep. You will manage onboarding, track return statuses and deadlines, and maintain secure, organized records for franchise and multi-entity clients.

Fluent English, strong organization, and experience with tax software are essential to support our dynamic, remote team across borders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required.
• Experience in client-service or tax-office coordination is preferred.
• Strong English communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with clients about outstanding information and scheduling.
• Track return statuses, deadlines, and open items in the workflow system.
• Route files to preparers, track review notes and filing steps.
• Organize tax documents in secure digital client files and flag discrepancies.
