Job summary

TOA Global is seeking an Intermediate Tax Accountant for a 100% remote role in the Philippines. You will assist Senior Accountants and Client Managers with accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance for Australian clients across multi-entity structures.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years Australian accounting experience, strong tax knowledge, and proficiency in Xero or MYOB with Excel. This full-time remote position offers daytime shift alignment and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Commerce, or related field with 3–5 years Australian accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax laws across entity types.
• Experience with Australian Taxation Office requirements and multi-entity compliance is valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare review-ready financial statements and Australian tax returns for various entities.
• Draft BAS, IAS, FBT returns, and payroll reconciliations with accuracy.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, GL maintenance, month-end close, and reconciliations.
• Support client files, track compliance workflows, and liaise with senior staff for queries.
• Collaborate with peers to improve workflows and share knowledge.
