Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Systems Engineer II to provide remote support for endpoint engineering, Microsoft 365 administration, and identity lifecycle management. This role helps a broader IT team maintain end-user computing infrastructure across multiple environments.

The position requires 8x5 coverage with overlap into US business hours, strong collaboration with onsite teams, and a focus on security, documentation, and continuous process improvement across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with endpoint management, M365 administration, and identity platforms (AD/Entra ID).
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under project deadlines and overlapping US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote 8x5 coverage for endpoint engineering, M365 administration, and identity tasks.
• Handle Level 2 troubleshooting of OS, applications, and MDM configuration (Intune, Jamf).
• Administer Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; manage licensing and reconciliation.
• Support AD/Entra ID user provisioning as part of JML workflows.
• Monitor ITSM alerts and support VDI operations, patch management, and security compliance.
• Maintain CMDB and asset lifecycle accuracy for remote systems.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks.
• Maintain and improve documentation and knowledge bases.
