Job summary

Lightspeed, Manila-based, is seeking a System Configuration Specialist II to design, build, and support scalable business systems powering internal operations. You will troubleshoot issues and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Intercom platforms.

You will implement automation, optimize processes, and integrate data flows using Postman, Workbench, or REST APIs, ensuring governance and strong documentation across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as Systems Administrator, Business Systems Analyst, CRM Administrator, or Configuration Specialist with Salesforce, Zendesk or Intercom.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining business systems, including Salesforce Flows, Zendesk automations/triggers, and Intercom workflows/bots/campaigns.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, automation, and business process optimization within enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot system issues, investigate incidents, and resolve technical challenges across supported platforms.
• Experience integrating systems and data flows between platforms, with familiarity using Postman, Workbench, or REST APIs.
• Demonstrated commitment to following established technical standards, documentation practices, and system governance processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently deliver medium-sized projects, enhancements, and support requests, proactively identifying solutions and driving work through to completion.
• Design, develop, and improve scalable business systems, identifying opportunities to enhance existing architecture and processes.
• Build reliable, sustainable solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing platforms and support long-term business needs.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and leverage appropriate tools to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Evaluate risks and dependencies when implementing changes, ensuring thoughtful rollout plans and mitigation strategies are in place.
• Communicate technical solutions through clear documentation, design discussions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support and mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and constructive feedback.
