Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
5+ years of experience in structural engineering.
2+ years of remote work experience with a US-based company.
Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).
Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, Revit).
Solid knowledge of US building codes (IBC, AISC, ACI).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design and analyze structural components and systems for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD software.
Conduct structural assessments and provide solutions for existing structures.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
Perform calculations to ensure the structural integrity of designs.
Review and approve structural shop drawings and submittals.
Monitor construction processes and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
