Staff X is seeking a Stormwater Engineer to specialise in OSD design and hydraulic modelling for residential and light commercial projects. You will own a portfolio from design through approval, with full autonomy and a remote work setup from the Philippines.

The role requires proficient use of DRAINS by Watercom and knowledge of Australian standards, delivering strategies, reports, and approvals across multiple councils. Long-term, stable remote position with global client exposure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of stormwater engineering as the primary discipline
• Experience in OSD design and stormwater drainage for residential and light commercial projects
• Proficient with DRAINS by Watercom for hydraulic modelling
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and council drainage requirements in Greater Sydney
• Ability to prepare stormwater strategies, drainage reports, and approvals from brief to submission

Responsabilités

• Design on-site detention systems for residential and luxury projects
• Prepare stormwater management strategies and drainage reports
• Navigate council drainage requirements across Greater Sydney LGAs
• Use DRAINS by Watercom as primary modelling tool
• Liaise with councils and architects to secure approvals
• Manage assigned project portfolio with autonomy
