BairesDev, a leading tech company, is seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join its remote data engineering team. You will mine and analyze large datasets using SQL, maintain Databricks and Airflow pipelines, and write Python scripts to support data workflows.

The role requires 8+ years in software or analytics engineering, strong English, and proficiency with Git, CI practices, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software engineering or analytics engineering.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data mining and analytics engineering.
Hands-on experience with Databricks and Airflow for pipeline operations.
Proficiency in Python.
Experience with Git, PR workflows, and CI practices.
Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity proactively.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Mine and analyze complex datasets using SQL for analytics engineering use cases.
Operate and maintain Databricks and Airflow data pipelines.
Write Python scripts to support data processing and analysis workflows.
Follow Git and PR workflows and CI practices as part of daily development.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders and navigate ambiguity independently.
