Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Spanish bilingual agent to support customers in Spanish and English. This work-from-home role operates on night shift, focusing on account registration, order processing, and product advice.

You will help customers with order tracking, issue resolution, and helpful product guidance, while collaborating with the product and marketing teams to improve our offerings. Excellent bilingual communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent bilingual communication in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience in handling escalated issues and customer inquiries.
• Ability to think creatively to resolve problems and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers register for an account and navigate online platforms in Spanish and English.
• Provide advice on product selection and order placement.
• Check product availability and offer accurate alternatives in both languages.
• Assist customers with understanding their prescriptions where applicable.
• Verify orders and processing details to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain a positive experience.
• Communicate order status, delays, or changes professionally to customers.
• Pass customer feedback to product/marketing teams to improve offerings.
• Process orders, refunds, and returns per established procedures.
• Maintain thorough customer service records in Service Cloud.
