Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to support an expanding client portfolio. The role combines organic social strategy, content creation, and video editing with campaign support and remote project coordination.

You will manage 3–4 client accounts, collaborate with leadership, and apply AI-forward methods to accelerate ideation, scripting, and repurposing while maintaining brand quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong short-form video editing skills with a portfolio showcasing Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts.
• Proficiency with creative tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or equivalent platforms.
• Practical, hands-on experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, Opus Clip) to support everyday content and marketing workflows.
• Excellent written English for captions, client-facing reports, and professional communications.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Content Creation (50%): Develop and execute organic social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn; manage content calendars and captions.
• Video Editing & Creative Production: Edit raw footage into Reels/TikToks; design branded graphics and research trending audio.
• AI-Assisted Workflow Integration: Use AI tools daily to ideate, script, research, and repurpose content while preserving brand accuracy.
• Digital Marketing & Campaign Support (25%): Support marketing campaigns and launches; draft emails; research competitors; repurpose assets.
• Project Coordination & Agency Operations (25%): Track deliverables and timelines in Notion; update Zoho CRM; prepare reports.
• UGC & Influencer Support: Assist with UGC sourcing and influencer outreach and asset coordination.
