Job summary

Hunt St is hiring a Social Media & Design Manager to take full ownership of a client’s digital presence. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines and you’ll work directly with the founder and the team.

You’ll build, manage and execute a content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook, turning content into polished posts, reels, newsletters and more, while maintaining a dynamic content calendar and proactive ideas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on social media management in finance or B2C brands.
• Strong video editing skills for short- and long-form content.
• Proficient with Canva and on-brand design work.
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar EDM tools.
• Experience working in AU Marketing.
• Excellent written English that sounds natural.
• Highly organized with time and calendar management.
• Proactive mindset with ideas to contribute.
• Podcast or YouTube content experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.
• Edit and repurpose video content for different platforms.
• Design on-brand graphics and templates in Canva.
• Write captions and post copy in the company's voice.
• Build and send monthly newsletters via Mailchimp.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar with proactive scheduling.
• Clip long-form content into short-form for distribution.
• Create SOPs to improve content workflows.
• Monitor analytics and report on content performance.
• Stay ahead of trends and bring new ideas to the team.
