Job summary

JustSimply Marketing, a digital marketing agency based in Ontario, Canada, is hiring a Social Media Specialist to drive client brand growth and online presence. The role is fully remote with EST hours (6:00 AM–2:00 PM) Monday through Friday, reporting to the Social Media Team Managers.

Training is provided to elevate skills for the international client base. You will collaborate with creatives, video editing, and graphic design teams to review videos and designs, ensuring alignment with client

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a social media manager.
• Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proven track record in growing online brands for clients.
• Experience in copywriting and understanding of SEO & keywords.
• Willing to commit long-term and grow with the company.
• Experience with Monday.com, Metricool, Slack, Google Drive, and Google Docs is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills; confidence when interacting with US/Canada-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Content Research: Use free AI and software tools to develop effective social media strategies.
• Content Creation: Generate ideas to grow client social media and personal brands; work with editing teams.
• Copywriting & Scriptwriting: Create storytelling copy and scripts with client input and AI tools.
• Content Posting: Schedule and post content across platforms per the content calendar and strategy.
• Content Analysis and Reporting: Generate performance reports to optimize content for clients.
