Plus Forty is seeking a part-time Content Designer to own the visual output of our brand across social, ads, and marketing collateral. Reporting to the founder, you will design, edit, and shape assets that carry our identity into the world with execution-focused work and potential for future direction.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years designing and editing content for consumer brands (CPG).
• Portfolio showing range across static design, short-form video and print collateral, include link.
• Social-first visual fluency for TikTok/Instagram and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: design static graphics for organic social feeds, paid ads, campaign moments, and brand launches.
• Design marketing collateral for print and digital — posters, flyers, packaging inserts, event materials.
• Adapt and resize creative across formats and channels.
• Build and maintain a reusable template system to move faster while preserving craft.
• Own the visual consistency of the brand across all assets—typography, color, spacing, and detail.
• Video Editing: edit and assemble short-form video (Reels, TikToks, video ads) from raw footage, add motion, text, transitions, and sound.
• Cut multiple versions and aspect ratios for different placements.
• Retouch and color-correct product and lifestyle photography for ads, social, and marketing use.
• Composite and adapt product shots into layouts, ad creative, and campaign visuals.
