Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is hiring a SketchUp Designer/Drafter to convert concepts into highly detailed 3D models and polished visuals. This remote role supports the design and project teams from home, with strong focus on SketchUp proficiency and accurate drafting.

The candidate will collaborate across sales, design, and PM teams, delivering layouts, elevations, and renders that meet architectural standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer/Drafter with SketchUp portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp.
• Hands-on rendering experience (V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar 2D drafting.
• Strong understanding of scale, layout, and architectural standards.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing layers and files.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in residential/commercial architecture or cabinetry modeling.
• Familiarity with LayOut.

Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling: translate rough sketches and CAD files into accurate, detailed SketchUp models.
• Scene Setup & Texturing: apply realistic materials and organize layers for efficiency.
• Rendering & Visualization: produce high-quality renders for proposals and reviews.
• Layout & Drafting: assist in floor plans and elevation concepts.
• Design Support: collaborate with sales, design and PM teams on revisions.
