This full-time, on-site role emphasizes occupational health, emergency response, and health surveillance. You will work with HR, safety, and operations to conduct fitness-to-work evaluations, maintain records, and support health education programs that promote well-being and safe work practices across remote sites.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Doctor in the Philippines, in good standing.
• Experience in occupational health, emergency medicine, or primary care, ideally in industrial or remote-site settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills, including emergency response and BLS/ACLS.
• Knowledge of occupational health standards and Philippine labor laws.
• Ability to work independently in remote/industrial environments and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations for employees at mining sites.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and respond to workplace emergencies.
• Conduct routine health assessments and health surveillance.
• Monitor occupational health risks and implement preventive health programs.
• Coordinate with HR, safety, and management on fitness-to-work evaluations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and prepare reports.
• Contribute to health education initiatives to promote well-being and safe practices.
