BairesDev is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and govern enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectures that meet complex business needs. You will align technical solutions with organizational goals, ensuring a scalable, well-governed platform environment and high performance.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, Platform Design, or IT Infrastructure.
Proven expertise in designing enterprise ServiceNow architecture and instance strategies.
Proficiency in implementing complex ServiceNow integration patterns and platform governance.
Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and performance optimization within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and system administration.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design enterprise-wide ServiceNow instance strategies and architectural roadmaps.
Define and implement robust integration patterns between ServiceNow and external systems.
Establish platform governance frameworks to maintain system health and ensure long-term stability.
Optimize ServiceNow configurations and workflows to enhance technical efficiency and performance.
Apply ITIL best practices to drive the standardization and maturity of service management processes.
