Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced SQL Server Administrator to own complex SQL Server environments supporting the SailPoint Identity Governance database. You will manage upgrades, migrations, replication, and performance tuning while ensuring high availability and DR readiness.

You will design, scale, and troubleshoot replication topologies across on‑prem and cloud, resolving latency and blocking issues in highly transactional systems. Strong English and ITIL‑aware mindset are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Microsoft SQL Server DBA experience.
• Expertise in SQL Server replication, Always On, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with SailPoint Identity Governance backend is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Microsoft SQL Server environments for SailPoint deployments.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Design and troubleshoot replication topologies across on‑prem and cloud.
• Resolve latency, deadlocks, and log issues in highly transactional systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, identity management, and application teams.
• Support cloud transformation initiatives and DR solutions.
