Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Understanding of RPA & API development preferred.
• Experience with CCaaS platforms preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management supporting healthcare technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success delivering products across full lifecycle.
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle workflow or eligibility-related technologies a plus.
• Proficiency with core product delivery activities (requirements definition, MVP, on-time releases).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to evaluate data and drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft a clear product vision aligned with Med-Metrix's goals.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Define and prioritize features based on data-driven insights and customer needs.
• Translate roadmap features into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Scrum Teams from concept to launch and manage progress with stakeholders.
• Prioritize the sprint backlog and manage day-to-day execution.
• Support product demos and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate production releases and post-release monitoring.
• Define success metrics and deliver reporting on outcomes.
