Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Senior .NET Developer (Blazor) to lead feature development and bug fixes across modern .NET technologies. You’ll mentor teammates and participate in all phases of software delivery within a distributed international team.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development tools and high-quality code. Responsibilities include designing telecom software, collaborating with Product Management, and supporting deployments both internally and externally.

Qualifications

7–12 years of .NET development experience with a focus on web technologies.
3–5 years hands-on Blazor experience with C#/.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Strong background in .NET Core 6/7/8, MVC/Blazor, and front-end frameworks.
Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, views, procedures, and performance tuning.
Proficient with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps for CI/CD and source control.
Experience with REST or SOAP services and SOA, WCF optional.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in a global team.

Responsibilities

Develop features and fix bugs across .NET technologies and applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and interns.
Design and sustain telecom application software and participate in ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure quality.
Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle and deployment.
