Cofense is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead the global financial close and reporting process and manage a team of accounting professionals. Reporting to the Global Controller, this role owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across Cofense's U.S.

and international entities, ensures the accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial statements, and serves as a key partner to the Controller on technical accounting and process improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license required or actively in progress.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including multi-entity or global consolidationExperience; public accounting (audit) background a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close across all entities.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Oversee consolidation of international subsidiaries, including intercompany eliminations & foreign currency translation.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and provide commentary to leadership.
• Own ASC 842 lease accounting, including schedules and disclosures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit requests.
• Maintain internal controls over close and reporting processes.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
