Geeks on Site is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing initiatives. You will coordinate internal teams and external agencies to drive brand awareness, qualified leads, and service bookings across U.S. markets.

The role emphasizes ROI accountability and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in marketing, strong digital and performance marketing skills, and a proven track record with Home Services

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign performance management
• 2+ years coordinating or managing marketing team members, agencies, vendors, or cross-functional initiatives
• Direct marketing experience with U.S.-based Home Services companies or similar industries
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting U.S. customers
• Experience generating qualified leads, inbound calls, and measurable revenue for Home Services businesses
• Strong understanding of paid media, SEO/local SEO, content marketing, email marketing, branding, automation, and conversion optimization
• Experience managing geographically targeted marketing campaigns for U.S. service markets
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with U.S.-based leadership and global team members with overlapping hours

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with revenue goals
• Coordinate marketers, agencies, and vendors with clear priorities and performance expectations
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources; adjust based on performance
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and launches
• Ensure initiatives support growth strategy and customer acquisition
• Oversee multi-channel marketing, including paid search, SEO, email, content, and ads
• Maintain brand messaging, assets, and communications across channels
• Improve landing pages, website performance, and conversion optimization
• Develop campaigns for brand recognition and new service launches
• Track key metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and revenue
• Report performance with actionable insights and optimize campaigns
