Job summary

EPAM Systems in Spain is seeking an SAP FI/SD Consultant (e-Invoicing) to join our team in a remote working mode. You will act as the primary functional expert aligning SAP FI/SD configuration with global and country-specific e-Invoicing requirements across multi-country rollouts.

The role involves analyzing finance and order-to-cash processes, managing invoice data flows from sales order creation to financial postings, and supporting external government or third-party integrations through SAP

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of SAP FI and SD experience, preferably in global template rollouts.
• Strong Order-to-Cash knowledge: sales order processing, billing, AR, tax postings.
• Hands-on experience with e-Invoicing and statutory reporting.
• End-to-end lifecycle from SD billing to FI accounting.
• Experience with API-based integrations and external system mapping.
• Familiarity with SAP DRC or equivalent compliance tools.
• Good problem-solving and multi-country, multi-vendor collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate requirements for e-Invoicing across FI and SD.
• Analyze invoice data flow from SD billing to FI postings.
• Support multi-country rollout activities for e-Invoicing projects.
• Collaborate with compliance, integration teams, and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and electronic reporting.
• Prepare functional docs and mappings.
• Assist in testing and go-live readiness.
• Transfer knowledge and provide user guidance.
