Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is required.
• Strong fundamentals: objects, reporting, data hygiene.
• Experience configuring CRM processes and workflows.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Ability to document workflows clearly and follow structured processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data: accounts, contacts, opportunities.
• Identify duplicates and data quality issues; standardize fields and structures.
• Support CRM consolidation, migration, and data cleanup initiatives.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows; CPQ and Revenue Cloud support.
• Assist with quoting, pricing, product and revenue processes in Salesforce.
• Build dashboards and operational reports; support RevOps workflows.
• Create and maintain SOPs for CRM processes and configurations.
