Job summary

OpsArmy Careers is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our remote team. You will manage CPQ, Revenue Cloud, data integrity, and CRM processes across the Salesforce platform, with a focus on accurate quoting and revenue operations.

This role demands hands-on Salesforce expertise, meticulous data handling, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will implement configurations, dashboards, and reports, while supporting GTM and revenue-related workflows

Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud experience.
Strong Salesforce fundamentals: objects, reporting, data hygiene.
Experience configuring CRM processes and workflows.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and CPQ/Revenue Cloud features.
Support quoting, pricing, product, and revenue processes within Salesforce.
Build dashboards and operational reports; assist with forecasting and revenue planning.
Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for CRM processes.
