Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to configure and manage Salesforce orgs, leveraging no-code and low-code solutions to streamline workflows and improve data visibility. You will design automated processes with Salesforce Flows, manage users, roles and permissions, build reports and dashboards, and perform data hygiene tasks to ensure platform health for stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration or a related role.
• Proven expertise in configuring and managing Salesforce orgs using no-code and low-code solutions.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Salesforce flows, validation rules, and automation.
• Hands-on experience in user administration, reports, and dashboard management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated business processes using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions to maintain a secure and organized environment.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Perform regular system audits and data hygiene tasks to ensure platform health and accuracy.
• Configure and customize standard and custom objects to support evolving business requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring efficient adoption of Salesforce features.
