Job summary

TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is looking for an AI Evaluator who will act as a 'Logical Compass' to help define ethical AI behavior. Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and possess exceptional writing and decision-making skills. You'll be responsible for drafting assessment rubrics, leading quality assurance audits, and defining industry-specific response profiles. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical (CS, AI, Data Science) or Humanities.
• Minimum B1 (Intermediate) level English proficiency.
• Native-level fluency in at least one language.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and draft multi-dimensional grading rubrics for AI.
• Lead quality-assurance audits for human feedback in model learning.
• Investigate hallucinations and logical fallacies in model outputs.
• Interface with stakeholders to define Ideal Response Profiles.
