Job summary
Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced Estimator / Draftee to join our remote project for a Ramada hospitality conversion, focusing on architectural drafting and permit-ready documents.
In this role, you will review existing BIM files, build detailed architectural models in Revit, and independently assemble permit-ready CD sheets per US codes.
This project runs for 40 hours across one month; you will coordinate with our team to ensure on-time delivery and strict adherence to standards.
Qualifications
- Expert-level Revit modeling and CD set production.
- Experience with US building codes and permit submissions.
- Background in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Owns active Revit license with reliable setup.
Responsibilities
- BIM File Review & Modeling: Review existing BIM models and build accurate architectural geometry in Revit.
- Construction Documentation: Draft, detail, and assemble permit-ready architectural drawing sheets for a hospitality conversion.
- Code & Standards Compliance: Apply US building codes and accessibility requirements across all sheets.
- Estimating & Takeoffs Support: Assist in extracting material takeoffs and estimates from model data.
- Project Delivery: Coordinate details to keep the project on schedule for permit submission within 1 month.
