Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or social sciences, development studies, public policy, business management, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in research, evaluation, or assessment support roles
• Demonstrated experience conducting qualitative research, including key informant interviews and focus group discussions
• Strong notetaking, documentation, and reporting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setup and willingness to travel across the country
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Support document review and evidence extraction.
• Maintain the comment-response matrix.
• Support data and reference management.
• Assist with targeted stakeholder consultations.
• Support quality assurance of tables, figures, and annexes.
• Assist in report revisions and formatting; and
• Provide administrative and coordination support.
