Job Description

Position Title: Research Assistant (Consultant), Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Pacific Islands, andMongolia Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Activity (PIMMELA)

Location: Philippines;primarily remote, with possible in-person travel to project sites in PuertoPrincesa City, Mandaue City, Western Samar, Zamboanga del Sur, or Isabela, asrequired .

Background:

The Philippines, Papua New Guinea,Pacific Islands, and Mongolia Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Activity(PIMMELA) is a US Department of State (DoS)-supported monitoring, evaluation,and learning project implemented by Tetra Tech. As a subcontractor on thePIMMELA project, Panagora Group is seeking a Research Assistant (Short-TermTechnical Assistance) to support the finalization and dissemination of theevaluation of the TB Implementation Framework Agreement – TB Commitment Grant(TIFA-TCG) in the Philippines. T he assignment will build on theexisting Preliminary Evaluation Report prepared in January 2025 and focus onvalidating findings, addressing stakeholder comments, refining the analysis,and finalizing the evaluation report. Targeted follow-up may be undertaken, asnecessary, to clarify findings or address material evidence gaps. Thisassignment does not involve conducting a new evaluation or a new round ofprimary data collection.
