Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional video editing experience in a commercial or production environment.
• Strong practical experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, including colour correction, audio syncing, multi-cam editing, trimming, transitions and footage clean-up.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, site outlines, motion tracking aerial footage, animated titles, lower thirds and templatebased design work.
• Experience with AI-assisted editing or generative tools is highly desirable, with the ability to review and refine AI-generated results to ensure they meet professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble high-volume real estate video content in: Final Cut Pro, DaVinci or Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to studio standard.
• Perform colour correction and grading, exposure balancing, white balance and contrast adjustments across clips.
• Design and animate motion graphics elements including markers, outlines, lower thirds, titles and transitions.
• Sync footage to music and voiceover, managing pacing for platform and audience; create social media content from main videos.
