Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an RCM Associate to support U.S. healthcare billing and revenue cycle operations from home. The role focuses on processing charge entry, payments, claims, and AR tasks while adhering to HIPAA and company policies.

You will review data for accuracy, resolve routine discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams. A high school diploma is required, with 1–2 years of experience preferred; AthenaOne experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle or related billing operations.
• Experience with EMR or practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process Revenue Cycle activities: charge entry, payment posting, claims, AR, denials.
• Review patient and payer information for accuracy.
• Research and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies.
• Maintain work queues and meet turnaround times.
• Document actions and resolutions in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
